Arrow Alumni Launch Program (AALP) 🥳Are you ready for some good news?We have officially launched our Arrow Alumni Launch Program (AALP), where we aim to “launch” older teens and young adults towards self-suffiency, bringing them from hardship to hope.FTN began with Moolahlah: Dollars & Dreams Day Oct. 12, where we worked with teens on the skills needed to ace an interview and held mock interviews with all of them. Since then, TWO of these incredible kids have been working jobs they interviewed for with the confidence built at Moolahlah day!Check out our webpage to learn more and to get involved!Next, we approach each teen on a one-to-one basis, learning where they can use additional skills and resources to hit their targets in life and accomplish their dreams of being self-sufficient.For example, Mario, who we recently connected to his first job is now applying for an apartment to share with his family. Mario’s family is changed forever, and you are part of it! That is something to celebrate 🥳Stay tuned as we work with others like him, launching them from hardship to hope. |

Thank you to all who supported our first annual Paddle to Empower Pickleball Tournament! Thanks to the partnership of Top Tier Pickleball and the sponsorship of WM, Larsen’s Restaurants, Santa Barbara Pickleball Shop, Simi Valley Toyota, and Options for Youth, we successfully brought in $28,385!! With almost 200 players, this tournament was a success!Don’t worry if you missed out on the fun. We’ll be back next year October 18-19, 2025 with an even bigger and better tournament if you can believe it! |
